Over the time we have been operating age has made
no difference in the way we have run activities. However we have had feedback from the
older customers stating that they would like to undertake
activities with like minded individuals of the 50 years and
above age group.

All the necessary climbing and first aid equipment is provided. You must provide your own personal medication, food and water. We will advise you beforehand of the clothing and equipment requirements.
